Diagnosis

Scutellum ± flat, sides ± parallel in anterior part, striate, engraved striae diverging posteriorly, smooth posteromedially; posterior margin of dorsellum tridentate; propodeum with a narrow median groove, submedian carinae weak; petiole 1.6X as long as wide in female, 2.2X in male; first gastral tergite smooth. Similar to planiusculus but differs in having longer antennae; longer petiole; stigmal vein with about same width throughout, and head less stout.
